All submissions are routed to the Department of Washington State Judge Advocate and State Adjutant.

Department of Washington Bylaws Requirement

Under the Department of Washington Bylaws, Article X, Section 2, each Post must maintain and file a copy of its bylaws with Department Headquarters.

Posts must:

• File a copy of their approved bylaws with the Department
• Submit any amendments when changes are made
• Review their bylaws at least every five years
• Report to Department Headquarters that the review has been completed
